Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU): At ORION Capital, we offer a smarter solution for early offshore production by deploying Mobile Offshore Production Units based on proven jack-up MODUs. Designed for quick installation and economical operation, our platforms dramatically reduce project schedules and costs, thereby removing the need for permanent jackets and dedicated offshore support vessels.
This is designed to deliver measurable results that facilitates;
We provide FPSOs services as offshore centres for the processing, storage, and exportation of oil and gas. Designed to meet the unique requirements of each field and operated under strict international safety regulations, our FPSOs are built to handle sophisticated ship-to-ship transfer systems.
Our FPSOs are defined by:
At ORION CAPITAL Capital, our build-to-operate models bridge the gap between project execution and operational excellence. By staying involved throughout the operations and maintenance phase, we help our clients minimize risk, address challenges proactively, and achieve dependable long-term performance.
We deliver:
Hydrocarbons are transferred from the MOPU to the FPSO by Export Flexible Flowline which is submerged at the seabed with ballast collars for bottom stability and with a provision of a Lazy S arrangement at the FPSO end to allow for the tanker movements. Emergency Release Coupling is installed on the FPSO end for Safety reasons and to prevent any Oil Pollution in case of an emergency disconnection.
Spread mooring systems are multi-point mooring systems that moor vessels to the seabed using multiple mooring lines. While the vessel is in a fixed heading relative to the seabed, its bow typically heads into the dominant environment which is usually the direction where the largest waves are coming from.
We charter Marine Operating and Services Assets including AHTS, AHT, and Crane Barges to support the installation, operations, and decommissioning of the offshore Oil Field commissioning and operational requirements.
